Each researcher keeps their own account and their own data. Gyanank does not give anyone access to another researcher's responses.
What counts as one AI use? One click: drafting a questionnaire, one refinement instruction, one analysis question, or one language translated. Allowances reset on the first of each month.
What happens to my data if I stop paying? Nothing. Every survey that is already collecting keeps collecting, your responses stay, and CSV export stays free. The Free limit applies the next time you publish a survey.
Is there a student price? Yes. Sign up with your college or university email address and the discount is applied automatically at checkout, with no form to fill in. If your institution does not issue academic addresses, email admin@vigiams.com from the account you use and we will apply it by hand.
How does institutional billing work? Tell us how many researchers you want to cover and we will send an invoice for an annual term. Once it is paid we switch those accounts to Pro. There is no shared workspace: every researcher keeps their own account, and nobody can see another researcher's responses.
